5 Ways To De-Stress Online

Getting home after working for 8 hours or more is just one of the most sweetest thing you can feel everyday. If you’re a social media enthusiast/addict like me, the first thing you’ll do after getting home is to rush on your computer and getting online.

When most people just lie on the couch and turn on the television, or perhaps take a nap to de-stress, in my case I de-stress using social medias.

Here are ways to de-stress via social media:

  1. Check your blog – If you are a blogger, you can understand how happy you’ll feel if you open up your blog and see good traffic and a couple of comments from your readers. Nothing is more rewarding I guess.
  2. Twitter – Tweet your stress out! Your problem, your disappointments, frustrations etc. You’ll be surprised that there are some twitters that will actually sympathize with you. Twitter is just great!
  3. StumbleUpon – Pressing the Stumble! button just relieves the stress, because each time you press it you’ll discover a lot of wonderful things. From mesmerizing and breathtaking photos to hilarious videos and insightful articles.
  4. YouTube – Watch your favorite videos, look for funny clips, etc. I know you know how YouTube works. My younger sister got crazy and watch the complete series “Boys Over Flowers” in YouTube. ^^v
  5. Zen Habits – I don’t know why but I just feel so relaxed while reading the articles in this blog. I love this niche, too bad I don’t think I have those kind of ideas. Hopefully in the future. ;) Leo really did a great job on this blog.

Well I hope this helps other social media addicts like to de-stress online.

It is much appreciated if you can add something on this list.

Zen Habit – is it by Leo B’s blog? Am I correct? Well, if that’s the case, then it’s 4 out of 5 for me. I can’t say I find the youtube relaxing. But maybe because I have an old computer. I can’t stand waiting for all that buffering and the choppy reception – I feel the wait is a waste, that I should be doing something else more productive like reading.

But we click on all the other four, especially Twitter and blog comments and signs of activity in our blog. That’s very inspiring – takes away the tiredness and the lack of sleep tending to our blog. Are we hopeless, Jed?

Oh, I’m sorry, I should only speak for myself nga pala. Ahahaha. I like this, Jed. Well done. “,)

@jan: Iyeep! It’s Leo B’s blog alright. Though he’s not the only one who’s writing on that blog.

Well, YouTube is my online TV and I find a lot of interesting clips in it. I personally look for hilarious videos, I just love me stress to be laughed out loud. :) Though there are times when it’s hard to me laugh. *sob*

Yeah you’ll feel fulfilled everytime you served a good posts to your readers, the feeling is just so ahhhhh… ^^v

Hopeless? I guess so.. ;P

Thanks for making my day Jan! God Bless!
