Getting home after working for 8 hours or more is just one of the most sweetest thing you can feel everyday. If you’re a social media enthusiast/addict like me, the first thing you’ll do after getting home is to rush on your computer and getting online.
When most people just lie on the couch and turn on the television, or perhaps take a nap to de-stress, in my case I de-stress using social medias.
Here are ways to de-stress via social media:
- Check your blog – If you are a blogger, you can understand how happy you’ll feel if you open up your blog and see good traffic and a couple of comments from your readers. Nothing is more rewarding I guess.
- Twitter – Tweet your stress out! Your problem, your disappointments, frustrations etc. You’ll be surprised that there are some twitters that will actually sympathize with you. Twitter is just great!
- StumbleUpon – Pressing the Stumble! button just relieves the stress, because each time you press it you’ll discover a lot of wonderful things. From mesmerizing and breathtaking photos to hilarious videos and insightful articles.
- YouTube – Watch your favorite videos, look for funny clips, etc. I know you know how YouTube works. My younger sister got crazy and watch the complete series “Boys Over Flowers” in YouTube. ^^v
- Zen Habits – I don’t know why but I just feel so relaxed while reading the articles in this blog. I love this niche, too bad I don’t think I have those kind of ideas. Hopefully in the future.
Leo really did a great job on this blog.
Well I hope this helps other social media addicts like to de-stress online.
It is much appreciated if you can add something on this list.
